The Upper East
The Upper East Neighborhood is close to all of Helena's amenities, yet with larger homes and larger yards than many of the neighborhoods that developed earlier. Prospect Heights subdivision was a Planned Unit Development and featured many medium to larger homes being built in the 1970's and 1980's. Neighborhood stretches from the Capitol and Montana Ave Southward into the hills. This is a desirable location for those who want a little newer house, a larger lot, and still be located close to downtown and the capitol.
