SoBro Neighborhood
Many of my clients focus on the highly desirable southern half of Helena's southcentral neighborhood. This "SoBro" (i.e. SOuth of BROadway) has a great community feel, historic homes, and fantastic access to hiking and biking on Mount Ascension. It is also an easy stroll to Last Chance Gulch or the Capitol. This neighborhood has lots of history, many quirks and nuances and charm. And a fair amount of funky and groovy.
